* The address of the recipient MUST contain a phone number, otherwise no delivery guaranteed.
All flowers and plants are delivered fresh and in impeccable condition. In the event of a justified claim the consignment can be returned within 24 hours for immediate replacement.
* Please note that we do not deliver to concerts and classrooms.
Under some circumstances, we might contact the recipient beforehand in order to confirm the time and place of delivery. In restricted areas such as hospitals and embassies, the flowers may be passed over to a representative of the recipient. For delivery of wreaths, the recipient may be the host or someone taking part in the funeral.

Same day delivery orders must be placed before 11.00am.
